A Kwik Trip convenience store and gas station is coming to Willmar. The new station will be located on the site of the current Cenex Travel Plaza on U.S. Highway 12 East. The concept art was created by Vantage Architects Inc. of La Crosse, Wisconsin.

The documentary "Warehoused" shows the living conditions of refugee camps in Kenya. Boys have a 50-50 chance of attending a primary school, and the number for girls is much lower. The film features a Willmar family and was shown Tuesday at the Willmar Education and Arts Center.

Dave Rettman with DRC of Litchfield is at the controls as the old Renville County Hospital and Clinic is razed Tuesday in Olivia. The 55,000-square-foot structure will be removed and the site made an open lot for development by summer's end. Virtually all of the materials from the old building are being recycled, Rettman said.
