Willmar man charged with peeping and indecent exposure

Geese take advantage of a temporary lake at Vos Park in Willmar on Thursday. Heavy rains fell in the region overnight, with 4.11 inches officially recorded in Willmar and 9.45 inches in Redwood Falls. The Granite Falls, Maynard and Clara City area and an area from Bird Island to Morton recorded amounts of 6 inches and more.

Timothy James Barr, 51, of St. Paul was arrested Tuesday by St. Paul police on suspicion of murder. He is being held at the Ramsey County Jail. He has not been charged.
