New project managers join Bollig
WILLMAR — Dave McKenzie and Chris Brouwer have joined Bollig Inc. as project managers.
McKenzie, a professional engineer, has more than 40 years of experience working on transportation and railroad track related projects and has developed relationships with many railroads in the Upper Midwest.
McKenzie previously worked for another engineering firm on railroad projects for 20 years, and has also worked for the Minnesota Department of Transportation and Railroad Service Inc.
At Bollig, he will focus on railroad engineering.
McKenzie lives in Apple Valley with his wife. The couple has three children and three grandchildren.
Brouwer recently retired as a Marine Corps officer and has more than 21 years of experience of service leading and management. His background includes managing the testing of naval amphibious ship programs, engineering communications networks, engineering infrastructure management of deployed Marine bases and training partnered Army forces.
Brouwer has a master's in business administration from Averett University and certification in program management from the Department of Defense. He also has a bachelor's in secondary education from St. Cloud State University.
He and his wife have four children.
