17-year-old sentenced to 41 months in prison for robbing downtown business at gunpoint


WILLMAR -- Oscar Manuel Trochez-Martinez, 17, of Willmar, was sentenced Thursday to 41 months in prison for robbing a downtown Willmar business at gunpoint.

As part of his sentence on a first-degree aggravated robbery charge, Trochez-Martinez was ordered to pay $2,932 in restitution, jointly with his co-defendant Angel Guzman-Rodriguez, 21, of Willmar. Guzman-Rodriguez was sentenced in March to 41 months in prison, also on a first-degree aggravated robbery charge.
