3 Cardinals gain CLC accolade
Three Willmar Cardinal athletes were listed by the Central Lakes Conference as Performers of the Week in their respective sports:

Boys hockey, offense - Trey Tollefson, sophomore wing, had two goals and two assists in two games.
Boys basketball, defense - Jimmy Unger, senior forward, supplied 10 rebounds, 2 steals and 5 blocked shots in a season-opening win.
Wrestling - Austin Miley, sophomore 120-pounder, was seeded 3rd at the Johannes Agency Classic but went 3-0 to win weight class with two wins against ranked opponents.
