Abandoned house burns west of Belgrade, Minn., fire under investigation

BELGRADE -- An early morning fire that burned an abandoned house west of Belgrade is under investigation by the Stearns County Sheriff's office and the State Fire Marshal.

According to a news release from Stearns County Sheriff John Sanner, deputies, the fire marshal's office and the Belgrade Fire Department were called around 4:20 a.m. today to 46673 Town Hall Road in Crow Lake Township.

The abandoned house was engulfed in flames and some outbuildings also started on fire. The fire department was able to get the fire under control quickly.
