GROVE CITY -- Atwater-Cosmos-Grove City took advantage of a lopsided first half and beat Montevideo 63-28 in a West Central South Conference game on Monday.

The Falcons (7-3, 12-10) led 34-8 at the half, which was marked by repeated Montevideo errors and Falcons' takeaways. At one point, Sydney Larson con-verted 3 consecutive steals to breakaway layups.

Larson paced the Falcons with 16 points, 7 rebounds, 3 assists and 5 steals.

Erica Melbie added 14 points, 6 rebounds and hit all four of the Falcons' 3-pointers.

Katie Knisley had 10 points and 8 rebounds for ACGC.

Tia Diggins led Montevi-deo (4-7, 7-14) with 8 points and 6 rebounds.
