ACMC to host fitness classes for seniors

WILLMAR -- A new fitness program for seniors is being offered for six weeks, starting this week, by Affiliated Community Medical Centers at the Skylark Mall.

Sessions will be held on Thursdays, Feb. 19 through March 26, from 9 to 10 a.m. Each session includes health education and exercise instruction, followed by free coffee at Cornerstone Coffee. Topics will include stress management, fall prevention, balance, nutrition, flexibility, strengthening and exercise.

The cost is $30 for a six-week session. The program is limited to 12 participants per class. To register, call 320-231-5039.
