RENVILLE -- Adeline Frank, 91, of Renville died Monday at the RenVilla Nursing Home.
The service will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Sacred Heart with burial in the church cemetery.
Visitation will be for one hour prior to the service at the church. Arrangements are with Dirks-Blem Funeral Service of Renville.
She was born Jan. 30, 1917, in Sacred Heart Township, Renville County, to John and Annie (Sampson) Bonde. She grew up in Sacred Heart Township and attended country school for five years, and then attended Renville School where she graduated in 1935.
She married Edwin Frank on Sept. 30, 1935, in Sacred Heart. They lived on the Frank family farm and farmed until 1955 when they moved into Sacred Heart. In 1980, they moved to Renville and in 2000, Adeline became a resident of the RenVilla Nursing Home. She had worked at various jobs in Sacred Heart and, in 1968, began working at the RenVilla Nursing Home, retiring in 1982.
She is survived by three daughters: Dallas Allen of Renville, Diane DePoe of Chanhassen and Doreen (and Alan) Waner of Hermosa, S.D.; and two granddaughters.
She was preceded in death by her husband; one brother; one sister; and son-in-law: Dirk Allen.
