Advance tickets still available for skating show this weekend in Willmar, Minn.

WILLMAR -- The Diamond Edge Figure Skating Club presents "SK8 Radio" at 7 p.m. Saturday and 1 p.m. Sunday at the Willmar Civic Center.

Advance tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for ages 4 to 18 at Cub Foods and Cash Wise Foods in Willmar and from individual skaters. They will be $12 and $7 at the door. Children 3 and under are admitted free.

The radio music variety theme show features nearly six dozen skaters from the Willmar region, ranging in age from 4 to 18, and from beginner through advanced levels.

Guest skaters from the Twin Cities area are Caryn Kadavy and Daniel Kulenkamp. Kadavy was the 1987 World Bronze Medalist and a member of the 1988 U.S. Olympic team. She has skated professionally since 1989, and is a well-respected coach, choreographer, and costume designer. Kulenkamp, 16, skates with St. Paul Figure Skating Club at the USFS Novice level and has placed well in Upper Great Lakes competitions.
