Connie Chappell makes her way through the heavy, wet snow late Thursday afternoon as the latest round of snow begins to fall in downtown Willmar. The National Weather Service predicted snow Thursday night through about 7 a.m. this morning with a total accumulation of up to 5 inches. The service predicted mostly cloudy weather today, with a high near 34 and a northwest wind gusting as high as 35 mph.
