CLARKFIELD -- Agnes I. Voss, 70, of Clarkfield died Thursday at her home.
The service will be at 10:30 a.m. today at Zion Lutheran Church in Tyro Township, Yellow Medicine County. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Visitation was Sunday at Lynner Funeral Home in Clarkfield.
She was born May 22, 1938, in Montevideo to William and Carrie Amanda (Tvedt) Anderson. She graduated from Appleton High School in 1956 and from the Willmar School of Practical Nursing in 1957. She worked as an nurse in Montevideo until 1959.
She married Donald James Voss on Aug. 1, 1959, in Chippewa County.
She worked on the family farm and at Johnson Memorial Hospital in Dawson.
She lived in Montevideo for several years and moved to Clarkfield in 1999.
She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Lutheran Women in Mission, Clarkfield Senior Citizens and the Birthday Club of Cousins.
She is survived by her children: Steven (and Julie) Voss of Dawson, Heidi (and Rick) Davis of Bloomington, Mary (and Russ) Malecha of Montgomery, Karen (and Peter) Szymanski of Denver, Colo., and Naomi (and Leah Raatz) Voss of St. Paul; nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband; and a son: Jeffrey.
