Leading the cast will be Dia Takahashi as Patsy Cline. A native of California, Takahashi has been singing Cline's music since 2003 and uses Cline's original keys and style.

Other members of the cast include Marla Kalin as Louise Seger. Kalin has performed in and directed more than 50 productions throughout Canada and the United States and was most recently seen in "The Sister's Rosesweig" at The Barn.

"Always ... Patsy Cline," written by Ted Swindley, is based on the true story of Patsy Cline's friendship with Houston housewife Louise Seger.

The show combines humor, sadness and reality. It offers fans who remember Cline while she was alive a chance to look back, while giving new fans an idea of what seeing her was like and what she meant to her original fans.

Members of the Bobcat Band are Wendall Nash as "Billy Bob" on guitar, Jacklyn Haney as "Jay Bob" on bass, Carl Holm as "Ray Bob" on fiddle, Jay Skukrud as "Bob Bob" on drums, and band leader Sara Miller as "Joe Bob" on piano.

The production crew includes director Nikki Bettcher Erickson, technical director Chris McAninch, light/sound Ivan Hrasko, costumer Joanne Meierhofer, props Sabrina McCorquodale, wigs Cathy Pregler, dresser Louanne Villnow, stage managers Laura Miller and Sabrina McCorquodale.

The set crew includes Larry Grahn, Sabrina McCorquodale, Louise Mack, Mike "Doc" Dockman, Rufus McDingle, Mike Jacobson and Bonnie Wilhelm.

The gallery exhibit this month is from Pen 'n Ink, an informal group of writers who meet to encourage creative expression through writing and to promote the literary arts in local communities.

The Barn is located at 321 Fourth St. S.W. in Willmar.
