RAYMOND -- Mike Jeseritz belted a three-homer in the sixth inning to back the five-hit pitching of Tyler Knott and Raymond blanked New London-Spicer 10-0 in a Cornbelt Legue game on Sunday.

Raymond scored in every inning except the fifth and invoked the 10-run rule after seven innings.

Jeseritz's homer plated Ben Ruter, who reached on an error, and Brandon Madsen, who drew a walk.

Knott walked none and struck out nine in his mound mastery.

Jeseritz, Ruter, Jed Nelson and Jordan Smith had two hits apiece for the Rockets (3-0, 6-0). Madsen drove in two runs.

Austen Hadley had two hits for the Twins (1-3, 3-3). Darren Ogdahl was tagged with the loss.

Five walks, two hit batsmen and a two-run double by Jordan Tanner highlighted Atwater's six-run first inning.

Michael Malvin had two hits and drove in two runs for the Chuckers (2-2 (3-3). Zach Cunningham had two hits and an RBI. Brian Kingery also drove in a run.

Malvin hurled the first six innings for the win, allowing four hits and five walks, while striking out four. Kingery pitched three hitless innnings of relief for the save, striking out three.

Jeremy Hinderks helped his own cause by slugging a two-run homer after Ryan Hebrink had doubled in Sacred Heart's third inning. Hinderks also threw a complete game four-hitter with 10 strikeouts.

Mike Kuschel drove in the run for the Saints (3-0, 8-0) with a single in the eighth. Hebrink scored on the hit after legging out a triple.

Aaron Zimmer, Nate Schlagel, Kent Gjerde and Justin Johnson had the four hits for Norway Lake-Sunburg, which was the fourth opponent Sacred Heart has shut out this season.

Jesse Bjur drove in two runs and Bird Island picked up its first win of the season.

Leading 1-0, the Islanders padded their lead with a four-run third inning. Bjur and Alex Gay had run-scoring singles in the inning. A third run scored on an error and the other on a bases-loaded walk.

Shane Rademacher doubled in two runs and Chris Beier and Andy Hadley had RBI singles during Regal's four-run sixth.

Brad Gass pitched 51/3 innings for the win, allowing eight hits and four runs. Erik Gass blanked the Eagles over the final 32/3 innings on just one hit.

Jordan Beier went 3-for-4 for Regal (2-2, 4-5).

Gay had two hits for the Islanders (1-2, 1-2).

Rosen scored seven times in the opening inning only to fall behind 9-7 after three innings.

But the Express then exploded for nine runs in the fifth to blow the game open.

Jeremy Ohm and Evan Sammons had three hits each for Rosen. Trent Rademacher, Travis Rademacher, Mickey Rademacher and Jared Weber collected a pair of hits apiece. Ohm went all seven innings for the win, scattering 10 hits. He walked one and struck out five.

Mitch Christensen and Cameron Vien had three hits apiece for Montevideo. Todd Bergeson and Troy Hendrickson had two hits each. Christensen and Brady Johnson also drove in two runs apiece.

Mike Jeseritz highlighted the 13th inning with a two-run single. Jeseritz also hit a two-run homer in the third and a run-scoring single in the sixth. He finished 4-for-7 with five RBI.

The Kilowatts rapped 18 hits, including three apiece by Tyler Dammann, Tyler Kanten, Tyler Flattum and Jake Suter. Flattum hit a solo homer. Dammann and Kanten drove in two runs each.

Jordan Smith, the third of three Raymond pitchers, got the win. He pitched 42/3 innings scoreless inning, giving up two hits. He walked two and struck out seven.
