Another round of winter weather ahead

Had enough of winter? More is on the way tonight.

Parts of southern and southwestern Minnesota are under a winter storm warning as snow and gusting winds push into the state. Areas along the Iowa border and Interstate 90 could get six to nine inches of new snow over the next several hours.

The National Weather Service forecast for the Willmar area calls for a 60 percent chance of snow tonight, but no significant accumulation. Winds from the north-northeast could gust up to 29 mph.

Flurries and blustery conditions will persist Sunday and into Monday.
