Appleton man faces felony charges for taking vehicle, shooting it up with shotgun

WILLMAR -- Jovan Michael Riley, 20, of Appleton, made his first court appearance Friday on felony charges of possession of a weapon by a felon and receiving stolen property for allegedly using a shotgun to damage a stolen vehicle.

Unconditional bail was set at $60,000. His next appearance is Feb. 6 in Kandiyohi County District Court.
