AUSTIN, Texas (AP) -- Days of preparation dwindled to hours for Lance Armstrong whose scheduled interview with Oprah Winfrey transformed his quiet upscale neighborhood into a destination for media waiting for word of an apology and onlookers snapping pictures of it all for souvenirs.
