Book lecture/signing
Odell Bjerkness, author of "The Prince and the Nanny," the story of Prince Harald, now King of Norway, through the eyes of his nanny just before World War II. He will sign books from 2 to 4 p.m. Friday at the Montevideo/Chippewa County Public Library and at 7 p.m. participate in a book discussion and presentation at the library.
Kate Jacobs, author of the New York Times bestseller "The Friday Night Knitting Club," will discuss her work from 2 to 3 p.m. Monday at Cricket Meadow Tea in Litchfield. Jacobs has written two more books in the series, "Knit Two," and "Knit the Season."
