Baby revived, airlifted to Cities
LAKE LILLIAN -- An 11-month-old boy found not breathing in a bathtub Wednesday evening was revived by his mother, taken by ambulance to Rice Memorial Hospital and then airlifted to the University of Minnesota Children's Hospital.
According to Kandiyohi County Sheriff Dan Hartog, the call came from a rural Lake Lillian home around 6:40 p.m. Wednesday. The sheriff's office and county rescue squad, Lake Lillian Ambulance and State Patrol responded.
The child had been in the tub with an older sibling, Hartog said. The mother performed CPR to revive the child.
