Banham chosen Miss Minnesota Basketball

Rachel Banham of Lakeville North was named the winner of the 2011 Miss Minnesota Basketball award at a banquet Saturday in Minneapolis.

Other finalists were: Bethany Doolittle of Hill-Murray, Kayla Hirt of Bemidji, Jessica Newman of Barnum, Sattoria Rule of Minneapolis South, Brianna Williams of Hopkins and Michelle Young of Woodbury.
