BBE volleyball team outlasts CMCS in title match to win Willmar Invitational

WILLMAR -- The Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa volleyball team won five matches, including a three-game win over Central Minnesota Christian in the title match, to claim the Willmar Inviational championship Saturday at Willmar High School.

BBE (17-3) defeated CMCS (14-4-1) twice during the invitational, including a 20-25, 25-13, 15-8 win in the championship match.

The Jaguars were led by Brittany Roelike, who had 42 kills, and Taylor Braegelman, who had 39.
