Email

DEGRAFF -- The Benson School Board has certified the maximum possible levy for 2011.

The preliminary levy of $1,177,038 is an increase of 5.7 percent over the 2010 levy, according to Superintendent Lee Westrum. The final levy will be certified in December.

The action was taken Monday at the DeGraff Community Center -- the board meets once per year in each of the communities served by the district.
