Benson woman hurt in crash near Clontarf

CLONTARF -- A 90-year-old Benson woman was taken to Hennepin County Medical Center for treatment of injuries sustained in a two-vehicle crash around 10:35 a.m. Friday morning near Clontarf.

According to the State Patrol, Pearl I. Buyck was driving a 2002 Chevy Impala westbound on Swift County Road 22 and collided at the intersection with a 2001 Ford pickup driven by Juan M. Lopez, 29, of Morris. The pickup was northbound on State Highway 9. Neither Lopez nor his passenger Carlos Gomez-Ortega, 30, of Morris were injured.
