REDWOOD FALLS -- Beverly J. Schuler, 78, of Redwood Falls died Wednesday at her home.
The service will be at 11 a.m. Friday at St. John's Lutheran Church in Redwood Falls. Burial will be in Hope Cemetery in Sleepy Eye.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church.
The Redwood Valley Funeral Home in Redwood Falls is handling the arrangements.
She was born Sept. 25, 1930, in Sleepy Eye to George and Joyce (Reynolds) Offermann. While in high school, she helped her dad doing bookwork in the lumberyard he owned. She also worked at the Brown County Farm Bureau and Extension Service in Sleepy Eye. After graduating from Sleepy Eye High School in 1948 she accepted a job at the Sleepy Eye city office.
She married Gerald "Bud" Schuler on April 3, 1949, in Sleepy Eye. After two years, they moved to Mankato, Lanesboro and Chatfield. They moved to Morgan and lived there for 12 years. She worked in the principal's office of the Morgan public school. In 1965, they moved to Redwood Falls. She worked in the Redwood Falls city office for two years before accepting a job in the Redwood County Court Office, which was later changed to the court administrator's office, until her retirement 23 years later.
She is survived by her son: Craig; and two granddaughters.
She was preceded in death by her husband and her daughter: Sandra Revels.
