BIRD ISLAND — Benson erased a three-point halftime deficit by putting up 37 second-half points and the Braves won 64-60 on the road featuring two of the West Central Conference’s top teams so far this season.

The Braves shot 50 percent from the field, despite 3-of-12 3-point shooting, and Benson’s defense limited the BOLD offense to 40 percent shooting from the field.
