NEW LONDON — Litchfield beat Wright County rival New London-Spicer 64-55 on Friday in a warmup for Section 6AA-South postseason play.

The Dragons end their regular season 12-2 in the conference and 20-5 overall. NLS finished 6-8, 12-14.

Joel Madsen collected 16 points for Litchfield, and Zach Kinny racked up 12 points, 8 rebounds and 9 assists.

Zach Whitchurch added 12 points and Riley Pater 9.

Joey Dreier paced the Wildcats with 12 points and 9 rebounds.

Litchfield will host Paynesville in the first round of the 6AA-South playoffs on Thursday.
