BROOTEN — Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa scored at least 90 points for the third day in a row, knocking off Kimball 90-36 on Saturday afternoon to end the regular season 24-1.

The Jaguars finished 14-0 in the Central Minnesota Conference and will play either Oglivie or Royalton on Thursday in Section 5A-South action at Brooten.

The Jags lone loss was to Apple Valley (25-1), the top team in Class AAAA. BBE scored 98 points in its two previous wins.

Ten Jaguars scored topped by James Kuefler with 19 points. Brian Goodwin had 10 helpers.

In another game, MACCRAY’s Carter Asche hit a game-winning three-pointer at the buzzer off an assist from Tyler Moffenbier as the Wolverines

defeated Russell-Tyler-Ruthton 56-55.
