MADISON — Lac qui Parle Valley recovered from a halftime deficit to score 40 second-half points and slide by Paynesville 60-44 on Friday.

LQPV’s Dylan Erickson scored 28 points and also had 5 assists and 3 steals to lead the Eagles.

Eric Smith scored 12 points and Garrett Olson had 9 points and he and Austin Haas both grabbed 8 rebounds.

Paynesville’s Mitch Weidner scored 15 points and Andrew Topp had 6 points and 8 boards.

The Eagles play next at home against Yellow Medicine East on Tuesday.
