
Boys basketball: Treml's 36 points fuels RCW's rout of KMS
KERKHOVEN — Renville County West senior guard Mitch Treml erupted for 36 points to ignite the Jaguars past Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg 70-30 Tuesday in a Camden Conference game.
Treml scored 18 points in each half and RCW (1-3, 1-4) owned a 33-18 lead at halftime.
No other Jaguar scored in double figures. Brady Holwerda added 11 rebounds and 5 assists while Griffin Schaub collected 6 steals and 5 assists.
Taylor Feldman had 9 points, 4 assists and 4 steals, and Brody Lindquist hooked 9 rebounds for the Fighting Saints (0-4, 0-6).
