Boys hockey: Gimberlin, Beyer help guide Storm to OT win

MORRIS — Brody Gimberlin scored 17 seconds into overtime to lift Morris/Benson Area over Northern Lakes 6-5 Thursday in a non-conference game.
Mac Beyer had a hat trick and Tanner Picht scored twice for the Storm (10-7).
The Storm led 5-4 in the third period until Northern Lakes’ Aspen Florey put one in at 12:21 to tie it up and force overtime.
Kyle Kennedy had 23 saves in the net for MBA.
