Boys Soccer: Second-half surge sparks CMCS, 3-1

MARSHALL -- Central Minnesota Christian earned its first win of the season, beating Marshall 3-1 in a non-conference boys soccer match Friday.

After a scoreless first half, Logan Erickson and Zach Price hooked up for the first CMCS score, seven minutes into the second half. Jordan Daugherty recorded an unassisted goal, then the Erickson-Price duo reversed with Price scoring the team's final goal.

David Vanderhooft collected 10 saves for the Bluejays.
