Boys Soccer: Willmar secures second in CLC

WILLMAR -- Willmar scored in the match's second minute and then relied on the goalkeeping of Patrick Courtney to claim a 1-0 Central Lakes Conference victory over Alexandria on Thursday.

Abdiladif Ibrahim scored the lone goal, beating an Alexandria defender and then drilling the ball to the far upper corner. Liam Johnston, off a throw-in, made the kick pass to Ibrahim.
