Breck brings Flyers down to earth, 6-1

Breck (26-3-1) ended Little Falls' unbeaten boys hockey season in the Class A semifinals Friday 6-1 at the Xcel Energy Center.

The No. 1-seeded Flyers (29-1) were down 5-0 before Ben Hanowski, the state's all-time leading scorer, fed linemate Wesley Waytashek at 6:37 of the third period for a goal.

Breck will face Warroad in today's championship.
