Brett J. Vickerman May 9, 1958 - April 26, 2008
MINNEAPOLIS -- Brett Jay Vickerman, 49, of Minneapolis, formerly of Redwood Falls, died Saturday at his sister's home in Redwood Falls.
The service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Nelson-Martin Funeral Chapel in Redwood Falls. Private burial will follow the service.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral chapel.
He was born May 9, 1958, in Minneapolis to Gerald and Barbara (Gilb) Vickerman. He lived with his family in Brooklyn Center. In 1961, they moved to Marshall and, in 1969, they moved to Redwood Falls. He went to school in Redwood Falls and graduated in 1976 from Redwood Falls High School. In 1982, he moved to Phoenix, Ariz. He was a carpenter. Then he was a route salesman for Southwest Auto Care until July. In 2008, he moved to Minneapolis.
He was a member of Gloria Dei Lutheran Church in Redwood Falls.
He is survived by his father of Fairmont; brothers: Leo Vickerman of Minneapolis, and Mark (and Anastasia) Vickerman of Minot, N.D.; and a sister: Ellen Varner of Redwood Falls.
He was preceded in death by his mother.
