Work continues Monday just south of Kandiyohi County Road 15 on the sewer line for Willmar's new wastewater treatment plant. The plant is being constructed at a site just west of Willmar. The new $80 million plant and conveyance system will replace the city's current plant, which is 70 years old and uses outdated equipment.
