Bulthuis -- Brouwer

Stephanie Ann Bulthuis and Nicholas Arend Brouwer were united in marriage Aug. 4 at First Christian Reformed Church in Prinsburg.

The bride is the daughter of Michael and Lenae Bulthuis of Renville. The groom is the son of Arvin and Eileen Brouwer of Clara City.

Maid of honor was Melanie Bulthuis and matron of honor was Elizabeth Taatjes, both sisters of the bride. Bride's attendants were Karissa Mulder and Melissa Bonnema, sisters of the groom, and Amber Brouwer, sister-in-law of the groom. Flower girl was Grace Mulder, niece of the groom.

Best man was Darrin Brouwer, brother of the groom. Groom's attendants were Ryan Mulder and Peter Bonnema, brothers-in-law of the groom; Mark Taatjes, brother-in-law of the bride; and Jacob Wieberdink, friend of the groom. Ring bearer was Landon Taatjes, nephew of the bride.

Ushers were Jacob Miller and Jacob Van Otterloo, friends of the groom.

A reception was held at Bunde Christian Reformed Church.

The couple resides in rural Clara City. The bride is employed as a special education teacher by the MACCRAY School District, and the groom is employed on the family farm.
