Burglary suspects arrested in Willmar

At approximately 1:37 a.m. this morning, Willmar police responded to report of a burglary in progress on the 400 block of Southeast 14th Street.

Three suspects were taken into custody for various charges and transported to the Kandiyohi County Jail.

Alberto Espinoza, 23, is being held on charges of first-degree burglary, as well as both second-degree and fifth-degree assault charges.

John Ruben Garcia, 20, is held on charges of first-degree burglary and liability for crimes of another in the second degree.

Sara Edith Rojas, 23, is also being held on charges of first-degree burglary and criminal damage to property in the first degree.

According to a news release by the Willmar Police Department, the investigation determined that the suspects were known by the occupants of the residence and that the altercation was a domestic dispute.
