Olde Country Winery moves
ATWATER -- Olde Country Winery of Lake Lillian has moved to Lake Elizabeth Township, south of Atwater.
Irv Moen of Olde Country Winery said the decision to move the winery was made due to unaffordable operating costs of the building.
"We tried to add Butanol, to help cover the costs of the building, but received no support,'' said Moen. "We loved our winery in Lake Lillian and all the people. Thanks to all for the calls of support and it makes you feel good to know people enjoy the fruits of our labor.''
Moen said he is happy with the move and has an excellent plan for future guests.
