United Prairie Banks promotes Erickson

SPICER -- United Prairie Banks of Mankato has announced Todd Erickson was recently named market president of the Spicer United Prairie Bank.

"Todd has been an important player on our UPB Spicer team for many years, and we're confident that he will continue to be a strong leader,'' said Gerald Reiter, United Prairie Banks regional president. Reiter preceded Erickson as president in Spicer.

Erickson said working with and assisting customers in a community bank setting is a privilege. "I believe the ability to become personally familiar with our customer base provides the basis for long-term growth and success,'' he said.

Erickson has been with the bank for 29 years. He and his wife, Pam, live in Spicer.

Erickson has been active in the Lions Club and served as treasurer for 28 years, and he has been involved with the Spicer Commercial Club, Spicer Design Committee and his church. He has volunteered as an educator of youth in the National Teach Children to Save program and adults in the Minnesota First-Time Home Buyers program.
