Canby teen in farm accident has died
CANBY -- The teenager airlifted to Sanford Children's Hospital in Sioux Falls, S.D., has died as a result of the injuries sustained in a farm accident Saturday.

According to Yellow Medicine County Sheriff Bill Flaten, Alexander Brouwer, 16, of rural Canby apparently fell into a grain trailer of corn. He was treated at the Canby Hospital before being airlifted to Sioux Falls.
The Canby ambulance and fire departments also responded to the incident around 6:30 p.m. Saturday.
