Chamber to host members-only county board candidate forum

WILLMAR -- A candidate forum featuring the six individuals vying for the District 4 Kandiyohi County Board seat will be Aug. 7.

Hosted by the Willmar Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce, the interactive candidate forum will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Willmar Conference Center.

The event is only for Chamber members, or prospective members, and includes a $15 fee for a meal. Seating is limited to 50 people.

There is no public candidate forum scheduled for the county board candidates prior to the Aug. 14 primary.
