Darryl Kennedy and David Collins were arrested last week after the incident inside Thy Kingdom Come Church in Wheaton.

Prosecutors on Tuesday are charging Collins with two counts of second-degree murder, two counts of attempted second-degree murder and one count of second-degree assault. Kennedy is being charged with one count of second-degree assault. They're making their first court appearances around 11 a.m.

Authorities say Collins tried to attack Claude Hankins with a bat. But the bat hit Hankins' daughter Aundrea, who died a few hours later.

The church's pastor has said Collins was upset with him for giving a washer and dryer to Hankins instead of to him.
