Aguilar fa-ces two first- and two third-degree criminal sexual conduct charges in Kandiyohi County District Court. Unconditional bail was set at $150,000 with conditional bail at $75,000. He was ordered to have no contact with the woman or her residence and to possess no firearms.

His next appearance is Monday.

According to the complaint, Willmar police received a call around 9:30 a.m. Tuesday from the emergency room at Rice Memorial Hospital. A woman there, who had two small children with her, reported she had been assaulted by Aguilar.

The woman, who said she was four months pregnant with Aguilar's child, said Aguilar had forced sex with her both on Monday evening and Tuesday morning and that he had slept with his arm on her so that each time she woke up and attempted to get away, he would wake up and berate her.

He had also grabbed her, pushed her down and threatened her by saying that he would have family services take away her children and that he would come and take the unborn child away from her after the child was born.

She also said that she had told Aguilar about sharp pain under her ribs and that she wanted to go to the hospital, but he would not allow it.

The woman reported that Aguilar had left the residence to go to work, and then she went to the hospital for assistance. She also reported that Aguilar had taken away her identification and other documents and kept them from her for a month.

Officers went to Aguilar's workplace and arrested him. They checked his wallet and found the woman's Social Security card, Minnesota ID card and two healthcare cards.
