Charges pending against three in Grove City, Atwater burglaries

LITCHFIELD -- Charges are pending against three men, including an 18-year-old from Atwater, stemming from a series of recent burglaries in Grove City and Atwater.

According to a news release from Meeker County Sheriff Mike Hirman, the sheriff's office and the Atwater Police department conducted a search of a rural Cosmos home on Thursday evening.

A total of 31 items, including five computers and monitors, were seized. The items were connected to several burglaries, which happed over the past three weeks.

Kyle Litzau, 18, of Atwater, is in custody at the county jail. Charges are pending against two other individuals. The sheriff's office is continuing their investigation.
