Chord-Ayres to be inducted into Minn. Music Hall of Fame

NEW ULM -- The Chord-Ayres will be inducted into the Minnesota Music Hall of Fame in November.

The music group from the Milan, Appleton, Correll, Granite Falls, Madison, Dawson, Boyd and Montevideo areas will be among the 2012 inductees.

The other inductees are Leonard "Skeets" Langley from Champlin, Leroy Glazier from Sauk Rapids, Koerner, Ray & Glover from Minneapolis, Canoise from St. Cloud and Jerry Minar from New Prague.

The 2012 Inductee Showcase will be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Nov. 3 at the Minnesota Music Hall of Fame in New Ulm with photos and memorabilia highlighting the Chord-Ayres history along with the other inductees and the 135 members of the museum.
