WILLMAR -- The Willmar City Council will hold a work session at 6 p.m. Monday in the chambers of the Municipal Utilities Building to receive a presentation of the wastewater rate study from Springsted Inc.

Among other agenda items, the council will receive reports from the Labor Relations Committee, the Finance Committee and Community Development Committee.

Also, the council will accept the resignation, effective Dec. 31, 2012, of Ward 4 council member Doug Reese, who was elected to the Kandiyohi County Board of Commissioners. In related business, the council will consider declaring a vacancy on the council and set a date for a special election.
