City Council to meet Monday
WILLMAR -- The Willmar City Council will meet at 7 p.m. Monday in the chambers at the Municipal Utilities Building, 700 Litchfield Ave. S.W.

The council will hold the Truth-in-Taxation hearing at 7:02 p.m.
The council will receive comments from the public during the open forum and will receive the reports from the Finance Committee and Community Development Committee.
