Clarification

This is a clarification of one fact in the Tribune editorial criticizing the Willmar School Board's decision not to broadcasting all of its meetings "live." The School District paid only for the installation of the live broadcast equipment. This equipment was donated used equipment from the city of Willmar after the city updated their own broadast equipment.
