(May 21, 2013) BOARD OF EDUCATION Willmar Public Schools - ISD 347 Willmar, MN 56201 Minutes of the School Board Work Session on April 22, 2013. Call to order by Chair, Nate Streed, at 4:30 p.m. Members Present: Mike Carlson, Dan Croonquist, Linda Mathiasen, Mike Reynolds, Jackie Saulsbury, Nate Streed, Liz VanDerBill Food & Nutrition Services and the Wellness Policy - Annette Derouin and Michelle Sagedahl *Reviewed and reported on regulations that went into effect on July 1, 2012. District received an additional 6 cents reimbursement per meal as a result of guidelines being met. *Sodium requirements are to be met for food service in 2016-17. The district is already working toward implementation. *Reviewed proposed changes to the Wellness Policy to include current USDA regulations. Meeting adjourned by Chair, Nate Streed at 5:17 p.m.
