Clinton L. "Bud'' Davis Feb. 28, 1931 - Nov. 23, 2009

REDWOOD FALLS -- Clinton Lee "Bud" Davis, 78, of Redwood Falls died Monday at Methodist Hospital in St. Louis Park.

The service will be at 10:30 a.m. Dec. 5 at First Presbyterian Church in Redwood Falls. Burial, with military honors, will follow at Redwood Falls Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour before the service at the church.

Arrangements are with Nelson-Martin Funeral Service of Redwood Falls.

He was born Feb. 28, 1931, in Wabasso to Orin and Lydia (Simning) Davis. He moved to Redwood Falls and received his education in Redwood Falls Public Schools. He graduated from Redwood Falls High School in 1949. He was inducted into the U.S. Army in February 1952 and served in Korea, earning three bronze stars. Upon his discharge, he returned to Redwood Falls and worked as a parts man for Wood & Conn. He retired in 2004.

He was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Redwood Falls and was an active member of Wing Nuts flying club.

He is survived by his sisters: Darlene Teick of Redwood Falls, and Lila (and Jerald) Trent of Pine City.

He was preceded in death by a sister.
